S’h’wimming
So I took the memory foam pad off the top of our mattress the other day and Preslee decided it looked like a swimming pool to her. Seconds later, pillows turned into a diving board and she was shwimming (as she says it) in the bedroom. Silly girl!
Showing Off
Here Preslee is showing off the fantastic week she had a couple of weeks ago. She had 7 days straight of “giant happy-face stacks” for making good choices throughout each day. She was sooo proud of herself!!
Our little “rock band wanna-be” is jamming out with the fake drums! I will try to catch her with the video camera next time so that you can hear her singing along. How old do you have to be for American Idol??
Well Dressed Girl
Last night I asked Preslee if she wanted to show Daddy her new dance moves that she learned at dance class yesterday. Her response, “but I don’t have my tutu!” Heaven forbid if we ever do anything without the proper attire on. Don’t know where she gets that from…
Preslee showing off her new dress made by Aunt Linda. She loved it!!
Here she is dressed for school with her new Big Girl Minnie Mouse Backpack. She is so proud of that thing!!
All Dressed Up… but No Place to Go! August 1, 2009
So, Little Princess had her purse, umbrella, and super-cute outfit on ready to go but here she sits because it wasn’t quite time to go to her friend’s birthday party yet. Preslee is such the girly-girl. You can’t get her out of the house without her “stuff”. She always has purse in hand and her newest accessory, the Hello Kitty umbrella, so that she doesn’t get wet and melt in a surprise rain shower!

4th of July, 2009
Preslee had the best time celebrating the 4th of July this year. We decorated our golf cart and participated in the community parade. We also went to the Greene’s for swimming and a cookout. The evening was filled with a barbecue dinner at our clubhouse, a visit to the petting zoo, and jumping in the bounce house with friends. Preslee was so exhausted from the days’ events that she didn’t even make it to the fireworks that night! Maybe next year…
Getting ready to go to the parade and other 4th festivities at the clubhouse!
Preslee looks super-cute in her patriotic shirt that Aunt Linda made. And, check it out… her hair is long enough for piggie-tails!!!
Preslee had a Fabulous time decorating our golf cart for the community parade!
Preslee and Mike fed the animals in the petting zoo.
Preslee finally cornered the little piggy but he wasn’t very interested in the food.
